Vladïmir

The Elven Kingdom

Since the dawn of time the land of Vladïmir has existed. The fine folk, made of light magic were called the Elves. They have lived for centuries since many can live long, almost immortal lives. They have always followed the gods of light but never had their own goddess until over three centuries had passed.

That was when the age of man took root in the world. The wilder dragons still roamed the land and caused massive amounts of chaos. Humans weren’t trusted by the elves neither were their friends in the dwarven mountains. They kept to themselves until the Goddess Salza was born from the union of Nütari and Mortez. She became the Elven Goddess. Her power brought more energy and power to the elven community once they chose her as their patron goddess. They eventually learned to open their gates and enter the world with her guidance and protection.

Eventually, they became allies of the Human kingdoms as they rose to power. Even created a peaceful treaty with the dwarves even though there was always hardship between the two species. The golden age came when Queen Karigan came and conquered the human lands and united the kingdom of Zorron with the Kingdom Tarza. The elves joined forces with them in their union as did the dwarves of Tõrrin. They became the Dragon Empire with the force of one human kingdom and the allies of the other four races of the world.

But when Karigan fell in battle the empire fell with it. And now the elves have closed off their land to the outside forces, leaving their power to weaken over the century. The goddess has even forsaken them, choosing a path that many never saw as an option. She turned her back on them the way they turned their back on the world.

However, the day of reckoning is drawing near. The day they must choose to stand and fight with their old allies or be wiped from the world forever. What choice will they make? And who is going to lead them into the world after being gone from it so long?

To meet one of the heroes from this kingdom that will shift the tide in the coming war. Check out Mëira's Prince and Nightmare of Ferrês. Ïstan is featured in both these stories and finds his destiny isn't always what it seems.
